This clinic’s model: the vet shows up long enough to throw out some medical terms, then disappears, leaving the tech to handle everything else — including, apparently, learning on the job at my expense. My dog clearly wasn’t tolerating the ear cleaning in their office — so why send me home with a 7-day drop regimen she’d never sit still for, and charge me $89 for it? When I asked why they didn’t just prescribe Claro from the start — a one-time application — the vet wouldn’t even come out to answer. The tech just said, “I’m learning here.” $600 for a barely-cleaned ear and a treatment plan I had to correct myself. Do not go here.

Kudos to the staff at Heritage Animal Hospital for a successful visit with my animals. I have a Shiba Inu and she is a very difficult dog. To the credit of this animal care team, they were able to examine her and provide the most needed vaccinations. Also, I was surprised at the affordability of the visit. Thank you Dr. Karuturi and to your caring knowledgeable team.

I took my dog for neutering, and the staff was incredibly friendly and caring. Ms. Sarah handled my dog so gently, and he felt very comfortable going in without any fuss, which is unusual for him compared to our experiences at other hospitals. Dr. Surya is one of the best vets I’ve met so far. He took the time to explain everything clearly — from the procedure and prescription to post-surgical care — and made sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. Really appreciate the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy veterinary team

I adopted two cats about a month ago and Heritage Animal Hospital has been a source of great comfort and care as we deal with a parasite issue. The entire staff are very caring, patient, and kind as I navigate options for medicating cats that are shy and still getting settled in a new home. The whole team there is very kind and thorough in their explanations of treatment options and involve me in the decision making process as much as possible to help us have the best chance for success. I am so grateful to have found this veterinary practice.
