Very accommodating staff, excellent care for our recently adopted little dog. Location is excellent and easy to get to (on US 1) with ample parking.

The staff and doctor were all very caring and compassionate. I will definitely be bringing Elsa there for all her veterinary needs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing veterinary services for their pets.

Had appointment for an up to date rabies shot but while in waiting room our little girl went into some kind of seizure and couldn’t walk or hold her head up and we had to put her down, one of the worst day of our lives. We were treated with love and compassion from everyone there . We also received a sympathy card from them personally signed by them all.

I accidentally made appt online, which only sets up appts for Chenault in Ashland. I showed up at Ladysmith, they understood my mistake and still saw me right away. The staff was friendly and the Doctor was wonderful.
