From their responsiveness to their compassion and thoughtfulness, we could not have asked for a more supportive team. They made an incredibly difficult day for the family more passable as we gathered under the shade of Sherlock’s favorite tree versus being in an office. Thank you.

I had a rapidly declining pet dog and not only were they able to get me in quickly for in home euthanasia services, within 24 hours, but the experience could not have been better. Dr. Bright and her assistant (I'm so sorry but I'm blanking on the name right now) were two of the sweetest people I could have ever hoped for to help me manage the experience. It was so peaceful, they were so kind and understanding, just absolute pros. They'll never understand how much it meant to me that they could be there for us. I can't say enough about them and the work they do. I hope someone finds this comment and does their pet a service by finding these two women and this company. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Bright was wonderful on the worst day I can remember. It’s hard to believe but the day I lost my best friend, was a day of nostalgia, telling stories, and laughing at memories. Not only was she kind and understanding but the care Popeye received during and after was the best I’ve ever seen. It’s a terrible thing to say goodbye to your pet, there’s no way to make that bitter pill go down any easier, but when the time comes for you, you and your pet deserve the best. This is it. They showed up on incredibly short notice when it was time and treated us with such care and grace. We received a card two from them days after we said goodbye and when we picked up his cremains, they were beautifully packaged, with a paw print I’ll cherish until I see him again. I hope I never have to use these specific services again, but I know I will. I won’t ever use anyone else.

Making a decision to put a pet down is always an extremely difficult and emotional decision. NoVa Mobile Vet was compassionate and kind throughout the entire process. From the receptionist - Stephanie - who helped me confirm timing, logistics, and other specifics, to Dr. Bright, who was patient, answered every question, and was extremely compassionate, the entire organization was really wonderful. Being able to have my dog pass peacefully at home with minimal pain, and in a familiar place was a comfort to our whole family. I don't review places often, but their performance really warranted a stellar review. Thank you.

If I could give Nova Mobile Vet a hundred stars I would. All of the doctors and technicians are thoughtful and caring. We've had them take care of all of our cats for several years now. Some of our cats are hard to travel with so the ability to have such great doctors come to our house is a blessing. Highly recommend.
