The vet and techs were gentle, patient, and able to keep my pets calm. They took the time to explain their procedures clearly, and answered my questions. All information was discussed without rushing. I really appreciate how smoothly check-in, paperwork, and the welcoming of my pets were handled. I didn’t want to but, I took off 1 star for the Clinic’s Environment as far as Cleanliness and because of the Lacks Luster Vibe. The overall condition of the waiting room did not feel well managed and I was quite surprised that there was no acknowledgement of “Employee/Volunteer of The Month.” I recommend so many new changes starting with having the seating area upgraded, and a current/updated Information Board. You all are a great facility and your patients families should know that!! Having chairs that are resistant to animal hair or the chairs periodically vacuumed is helpful. As for the exam room, it was okay And, the wait time to be seen was quick. Pricing & Cost: Everything was clearly explained and I understood exactly what I was responsible for paying After my voucher supplement. There was no pressure to purchase services or anything beyond that. All in all, the quality of care and thoroughness is very good! The vet techs performed a dental and physical exam before the surgery. They were gentle attentive, and very knowledgeable. What I mostly appreciate about Gunston Animal Hospital is that they listened to my concerns of being a new pet owner, provided clear discharge instructions, and Followed up with me on my pets recovery. I would give them 5 stars and 5 trophies if that was an option 🏆 🏆🏆🏆🏆 The veterinarians and the staff are spot on! Excellent care for the fur babies! Very attentive to their customers’ needs!
