DO NOT COME HERE! I called in an urgency to get advice so I wouldn’t have to go to the ER and spend thousands of dollars. I was transferred to the assistant manager. I explained to her that I could pay the outstanding balance on the 10th since I had lost my job and just started a new job. I told her I was in a panic and was nervous for my dog. SHE DIDNT CARE AT ALL. ALL SHE CARED ABOUT WAS GETTING HER MONEY. Didn’t even empathize. Didn’t feel bad. Basically told me to figure it out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ASSISTANT MANAGER ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. NO HEART. They are out for your money and that is it. Glad they showed their true colors after the 2nd time being there. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

If I could give this clinic more than 5 stars, I would! We brought our cat in for an ear infection, and from start to finish everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The front desk was wonderful, the clinic was clean and quiet, and we were seen quickly. The vet and assistant answered all of our questions, explained everything clearly, let us know the costs before doing anything, and even made us laugh throughout the appointment. They also noticed our cat was overdue for his annual exam after we had moved and missed the previous year, and were able to take care of that during the same visit. They even personally called with his lab results to let us know everything looked great. Our experience was so positive that we immediately scheduled our other cat's annual appointment here. We know she'll be in wonderful hands. Thank you for taking such great care of our pets!

We have had wonderful service for our senior and puppy aged corgis. Dr Short always takes the time to answer any questions and double check research. Highly recommend!
