Banfield Pet Hospital

This supposed to a 5-star rating because the front desk person is great! However, the doctor behaved as a sales person. She tried hard to convince me that I should purchase their wellness plan while I had one already. Her logic is: because their wellness plan can take X-ray for free, so my dog needs an X-ray. Seriously? I clearly described my dogs situation, and there are already subsential evidences that my dog got urinary infection. Why not get some medicine as see if it works? Insisted by me, I refused her X-ray check, and two more check which in total will cost extra $600. Don't do this to your customer again! While I'm worrying about my dog's treatment, the doctor kept selling the plan, three times!

This Banfield office has been wonderful and supportive. Our dogs have been patients at this location for several years. The vets, vet techs and staff have been helpful, professional and kind - often going above and beyond to ensure great care.
