The new practice is a huge upgrade - all the staff and doctors are friendly and helpful, they have no breed restrictions (size) for dogs, and it’s incredibly easy to make appointments online.

My moyen poodle's first visit here with allergy problems and a UTI. Dr. Reusch, her assistant and the receptionist were very pleasant. Dr. Reusch was very thorough and explained everything in detail so I could make informed decisions about the best course of care. A few hours after her visit, and my girl is already perked up and showing promising results. Thank you, Dr. Reusch and Team for rendering excellent care!

Dr. Reusch and Mandy handled my very feral, semi aggressive, 13 y/o female cat with so much care, compassion, and respect during her first visit at ACC. She is not an easy cat to take to the vet, but Dina listened carefully to my concerns (for all involved) and recommendations (i.e. starting with vaccines first) that we’ve learned at our previous vet, and relayed the message to the team. The team took my considerations seriously and made sure to prepare a calm, peaceful environment while limiting additional stressors (wait time and other animals) and they were well equipped to ensure the experience was as comfortable as possible for us. They took their time to build trust with our cat and tried to examine her health as much as possible without pushing our cat’s limits. All things considered it was a great experience and although she hissed a few times, it was the least aggressive/defensive our cat has been at the vet since she was a kitten. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to talk me into additional vaccines or services and respected that we just do what’s necessary at her check ups due to her temperament and age.

Dr. Hall and his team are wonderful! They are passionate about animals and really take the time to listen and get to know our dogs and us. When we had to say good bye to one of our girls they were so compassionate and helpful as we navigated this difficult time. We are grateful this team!
