We’ve been going to CAH for 16+ years. While it’s changed a lot over the last few which of course made us nervous, we’re grateful to the team for still keeping that small town feel and caring so much about our many 4-legged family members over the years.

Careless & ignorant staff weren’t able to locate a string in my 3 year old cat’s throat until days later when we brought her back. They told us to take her for surgery at another hospital where she died. They then texted to “Rate my visit” while I grieved. My cat was a patient at their hospital for 2 years. When I called to take me off any communication lists, they did not offer condolences or apologize for the inappropriate timing, just called it an error and stayed silent. Don’t bring your animals here. They have no humanity

I've been bringing my dog to this location for several years, and I've always had a great experience. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and professional. I never feel pressured to purchase additional services, although they do provide helpful recommendations when appropriate. The office is always clean and welcoming, and scheduling appointments is easy and stress-free. The best part is that my dog gets excited every time we come in—especially because of the treats! Thank you to the entire staff for always being so kind and caring to my dog. We truly appreciate all that you do! 🐾❤️
