This place was absolutely horrible, if you even slightly care about your dog DO NOT bring them here. We dropped our dog off while we were on vacation with everything he could need. We were told he would have a slow feeder and we didn’t need to bring ours, water, etc. He had ONLY been fed 1 time in the early morning and that’s it, not in a slow feeder either. No water in the water bowls or anything. ALSO the lady that fed our dog didn’t even know which dog food was ours when it came time to pick it up. Do not recommend, places like this should not be aloud to hold animals. Terrible.

I would give zero stars if I could, today will be the last time that I take one of my animals to see Dr. Gent. My 13 year old cat was diagnosed with Feline Lymphoma and it was spreading fast so I didn't want him to have to suffer anymore. I took him to Dr. Gent to be put to sleep and it was a completely botched operation from start to finish. There was absolutely zero privacy given to us in an area where other customers were picking up their own cats, with an extremely rude nurse. After anesthetic was given to him we were told the doctor would be fifteen minutes to come back and he wouldn't feel anything, by the time he did come back to us it was wearing off because he was too busy talking to someone else in the main part of the building and because of this my cats last moments were spent in fear instead of being a peaceful passing. If you are looking for a vet in the area I would highly recommend it not be here because they operate with absolutely zero care or compassion in what they do.

This guy Dr Gent im shocked! I took my cat in for a check up and to have her spayed, he first thing he said she was pregnant and needed a spayed I don’t know how he knew that without hardly touching her??? immediately. He acted very strange anyway and I thought it was weird. But I went along. I took her back a week later and after an hour they called me and said I could pick up the cat and said she ended up not being pregnant and had been already spayed from somewhere else. They charged me 180.00 !! For putting her to sleep. I checked the cat and it didn’t appear to have had anything done to her, he said he opened her up and found no ovaries and he stopped and closed her up. That was a COMPLETE LIE!! I checked her and she hadn’t had anything done to her. He acted very strange when talking to me about it and I left very shocked! I have since found out several other pet owners have had the same type of experience with him! He needs to be reported to the vet administration, and yes I am going to. I also am having my cat checked out by another vet to verify if she has been spayed.
