I had fast service they took us back to a room asked us what was wrong with my cat and left the room and came back and said what was wrong with my cat. What they did to treat it and handed me the bill. It was more expensive then I expected it to be. I wish they had told me what was wrong and the charges of what they were going to do . Luckily I could pay it then They do also have a payment plan. I still think they should have told me the cost before they gave him the shots he needed they said he had an upset stomach band gave him 2 shots.

I especially want to thank Carrington, for going above and beyond for my sweet Tori and being a phone call away for all my questions, concerns and needs. I truly am grateful for you all. as a walk in for nail clips on 2 dogs, awesome experience!!! very polite and very friendly...very welcoming demeanor!!! I have 2 more for nail clips and 2 for grooming...will be back!!!!

I have taken my dog there twice for grooming. The first time we took Niko it was also his first time being groomed and he wasn’t even a year old yet and he was very anxious about the whole situation however when we picked him up he smelled good and he looked okay but like I said it was his first time and we took that into consideration. Yesterday he went back for his second time. At first site we he looked okay until we got him home and you can tell he has NOT had a bath. There’s long pieces of hair coming from his ears and I will post pictures but what bothers me the most is him not being bathed. The first time we took him he smelled really good and the smell lasted for days. I’m going to have to give him a bath today because he still smells like he did when we took him yesterday, maybe a little worse since he spent all day in there with a bunch of other dogs. I will definitely not be taking him back. This is in response to your response. I didn’t want a refund she said she done the work however he smelled and wasn’t fluffy at all and she also shaved all around his private area which I thought you weren’t supposed to do so I feel like bringing him back wouldn’t have benefitted him. I took him to a different groomer today and he looks so much better and they were able to use the deshedder(?) on him and his all evened up and looks and smells great. It just obviously wasn’t a good fit because they had no issues with cutting around his ears or using any of the grooming accessories. Thanks for reaching out and trying.
