Hillendale Animal Hospital

I found myself in an emergency situation with my pet, I called several different hospitals before finding this one and they were having phone trouble. They called me back and we figured out a time to bring my pet in, at the end of the call I asked which hospital I was speaking with due to me calling so many I wasn’t sure. A foreign male worker told me “oh you don’t know? I hang up then” and hung up in my face. I was left in tears, I called back 9 times with no answer. I was given a cell number over the phone so I messaged them hoping it was someone else there that would help, once I mentioned I was going to leave a review they answered the phone insisting that I am stressed out and mistaking the phone conversation. When I didn’t go along with being told im stressed out they told me they are not going to see my dog and referred me to MedVet. Don’t take your pets here and don’t give them your money, as a new citizen to the area they have really disappointed me and I will let everyone know and post this on every social.

Do not take your pet here if you love your pet keep his life safe away from this place!!! I thought my puppy King ate a piece of gum *gum is poisonous to dogs.. and rushed him to this vet hospital. Now i called multiple times before arriving no answer after getting there the vet never seen my puppy he made me wait in the waiting room for over 2 hrs after telling me to pour peroxide down my puppy throat. I was in there waiting and some male comes in and he comes out and take the male after i’ve been sitting over a hour!! The place is dirty he dropped my puppy off the table at the first visit ever don’t know why i went back after that! It’s not clean he can’t speak good english and he’s a very rude smart mouth man! I will never ever take any of my pets to this man ever again!!! Park is not a Dr in my eyes!

We have taken five dogs to Dr Parks. We have been with him for over 15 years. He is caring ,kind ,and very reasonable, always been very nice to us and my animals. He does have broken English, but if you ask him to repeat, you’ll be able to understand Best veterinarian in town!
