I have consistently had a terrible experience at this location. I’ve scheduled appointments three different times, and every time I arrive, my dog never receives the care we came for. There is always some excuse. Today was my last attempt. I scheduled my appointment online because there were plenty of available time slots, but when I arrived, I was told there was an issue with the online scheduling system. It seems like there is always a problem or another excuse. After three disappointing experiences, I definitely cannot recommend this location. It has been a complete waste of time, and I will not be coming back.

Banfield staff took such great care of my dogs from start to finish. The staff was kind, professional, and truly made me feel like my pets were in good hands. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and treated my dogs with so much care and compassion. It’s such a relief finding a team that genuinely cares about animals and their owners. I really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Banfield to anyone looking for trustworthy veterinary care.
