Last Wednesday my mom offered to pay 150 for our cats vet appointment. Our cat has a sinus infection and had done dug into her face since last Wednesday to release to pressure. So I asked my mom today if she was going to still pay for the appointment she starts an argument with me as usual I don’t respond I leave fully prepared to pay for it myself. Before I even get there My mom unbeknownst to me at the time calls and lies to them and tells them them I only have 150 to name. My mom calls the vet office again while I’m sitting the waiting lies and tells them again I only have 150 to my name. I’m still unaware she said this. So I go back to the exam and the vet checks her out and then tries to push an expensive test that I knew she didn’t need because her symptoms is a sinus infection. So when I declined the vet had the audacity to say “I know you only have 150 to your name because your mom call 3 times” I said that is very disrespectful to assume that just because I don’t want a expensive test that I know she don’t need that is very rude to say to someone. The office manager came in and said she done nothing wrong and that was what was on the note that was left by my mom I said why would you take her word over anything because I just don’t want to pay for something my cat don’t need. She tried to take my cat out my hands and I gently removed her hand so I could sit my cat down for the medicine . No accountability no apologies kicked us out. I called other vets. They couldn’t see us because the power was out or either or They was booked. Come home my mom immediately runs out plays victim acting like she’s done nothing wrong. I’ll never go here again

My cat Tom was elderly and just not doing well at all, it was her time to go home and Woodworth made it easier on us. Our vet was very and I mean very caring and understanding, it's very difficult for myself to handle stuff like this. I didn't think I could mentally handle holding her while she left us, but because of our vets compassionate personality I couldget through holding my cat as she left. WoodWorth is an amazing place that has saved many of my personal cats and stray cats I've brought in.

This is a great vet if you like finding out during your appointment that they don’t have the common Bordatella vaccine available today. No big deal, just make another appointment and bring your dog back again. They will also let you know when they call with the lab results that you should have dropped off a stool sample too! You probably should have known that. So, if you like making 2-3 trips in to get your dog’s annual checkup done, this is a fabulous option. If your dog is anything like mine, they already love a good trip to the vet. While a lot of people comment on the reasonable price, $300 for a cursory exam with blood work is a little steep. When I raised my frustration about the need for a second visit for the bordatella vax, and the stool screening they acted as if waiving the charge for the extra appointment was a benefit for me, and failed to address in any way that it was due to their poor planning and poor communication.

I went in with my cat Velcro, she wasn't doing very well and I thought we would have to put her down but this place really help my family and our pet out a ton. The staff are super friendly and very patient. 10 out of 10 for service. FYI Velcro fine and back to her normal lovable self.

Had an emergency with my big boy and they were able to get him in the same day as a new patient. Super helpful and friendly staff.
