Animal Dental Clinic

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hall and his outstanding staff. Dr. Hall was very transparent pre procedure and explained all the risks that would be involved, given my dog’s heart condition. The procedure went seamlessly (12 teeth were extracted) and the follow-up care was superb. The staff were petting Mishka and spending time with her in recovery when we came to pick her up. They were so friendly and very knowledgeable - all of my many questions were answered.

I took my dog here recently for a same day consult. On the phone, before the consult, I asked how much the cost would be and was told $195. Additionally, the paperwork I signed before I saw Dr. Hall stated $195 for the consult. When I went to leave, they hit me with a $300 bill for the "emergency consult." Not once did they tell me the cost would be anything other than the $195 prior to the actual consult. This "tactic" pretty much removed any shadow of a doubt I had in using this place!!!

We were referred here when our cat, Chief, was diagnosed at his vet with oral squamous cell carcinoma. This dental clinic was able to biopsy the tumor and confirm the diagnosis very quickly, and also clean his teeth at the same time for good measure. They really could’ve pushed us to do the most radical and expensive options (mandibulectomy) but they didn’t. Instead, they gave us a ton of information about our cat’s tumor specifically, using the special imaging they have at the clinic. It helped us make the most informed decisions we could about his prognosis and potential treatments across the board, holistically. They were clear with us on the pricing estimates before we proceeded with anything, and eventually referred us out to an oncologist. I felt their motivations were actually what was best for my cat and not what was best for them financially. It can be scary to trust someone you just met when you’re at your lowest and who knows you would do anything for your pet, but I actually felt well taken care of. And I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. The amount of empathy they showed for us as we hugged and cried together was above and beyond. I felt like they were there for me and this is more than just a job for them. They have a lot of passion about what they do. Later in Chief’s prognosis, Dr. Hall actually called me one day and spoke to me for an hour to just help me through the difficult time I was having making decisions about my cat’s end of life care. He wasn’t even my vet anymore! I had just accidentally cc’d him on an email and he saw I was struggling and called me. It was an incredibly sweet gesture that he took time out of his day to call and reassure me. He didn’t have to do that, at all. I found that conversation unbelievably helpful in the end. While a lot of simple dental issues can be dealt with at a regular vet, having a specialist in the area at the time we needed them most put me at ease. I know that in part because of Animal Dental Clinic, I gave Chief the best chance at a long quality of life after his diagnosis.

Prior to my dog Leopold’s surgery, Doctor Hall and his staff answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. Which helped lesson my worry and the knowledge he was in the right hands for his care. Afterwards, they explained all of the medications, what to do and not do, what to look for during recovery, and included detailed written instructions. Since the surgery they have continued to check in to see how he’s doing. I am so grateful for Dr Hall and his staff. They have given me peace of mind knowing Leo will have a better quality of life and the chance to have more years with my fur baby.

Excellent care. Dog had root canal & and steel crown 5 years ago. Here for another checkup & cleaning. $$$.
