BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic and their staff. I moved from Virginia to Hawaii with FOUR animals (3 dogs and a cat) and Hawaii requires multiple rabies shots, tests, and certificates to bring animals into the state or face months of quarantine. They were so patient, understanding and helpful in making sure I had everything that was required to get my fur babies directly released at the airport and not have to quarantine. Highly recommend this clinic for all your pet needs.

Front desk staff are excellent. Our first visit, records transfer and appointment reminders were perfect. Exam rooms were spotless and smell-less. Kept our cat calm and at ease. Dr. Norman and techs were gentle, personable and caring. Glad we chose them for our cats' care.

My one year old cat started having breathing issues. When I called on 06/19, I called at 7:03. They answered immediately and while they didn’t have any in-person appointments available (completely understandable), they said I could drop my sweet girl off and they would work on her for me. I dropped her off at around 7:35/7:45. The veterinarian herself called me at around 8:20 (not even an hour later!) to let me know what was going on with my kitty. Unfortunately, she’d gone into respiratory distress which the doctor thought was secondary to her being FIV positive. The doctor gave me a couple options, though I hated both of them: they could get some of the fluid in her chest to send off or I could make the decision to put her down. Obviously, I was absolutely devastated. I’d only had my girl for about two months and I was facing an awful decision. The vet was SO kind and said I could think about it, answered any questions I had, and was very compassionate. I took a couple minutes to call my mom and discuss what to do as I was very emotional and not thinking clearly. I called the clinic again to get a cost estimate - they were so kind to me. Somehow, I managed to completely get the pricing wrong in an insane way and my dad ended up calling in there to get it straightened out - I apologized for him having to do that when I called them back. After that was taken care of, I made the horrible decision to put my Honey down. They asked when I could come in, and when I did around 9:30, I was almost immediately brought back into a room. The vet tech who was assisting me was one of the most kind, empathetic, and compassionate people I’ve ever met. She showed me so much kindness, and I’ll never forget that. I was allowed to hold my baby and say my goodbyes privately before the vet tech and doctor came in to administer the first shot - and the doctor was just as incredibly kind as the vet tech. They assured me I was making the right decision and the doctor reassured me that there was nothing I could’ve done. I got to stay with my girl as she took her last breaths, petting her head and holding her paw. And the absolutely incredible vet tech pet her the whole time, too. The service, compassion, and kindness I was shown and given that day will last a lifetime and I am so, so grateful for everyone who helped me that day. While I am so heartbroken that my Honey suffered, I am so glad she’s not suffering anymore and that they did everything they could to help her. Thank you guys so, so, so much. The vet tech even gave me some of her fur and whiskers (after asking my permission!), which was just an added touch of empathy on such a hard day. I recommend this clinic wholeheartedly.
