Staff was rude and unprofessional. The doctor gave my dog a shot he did not need and then wouldn't give me proof of what was done. The doctor and receptionist walked away as I was still speaking to them. They were both dismissive. I waited almost 30 minutes just to check out because the receptionist walked away. He even checked someone else in while I was still standing there waiting. Their prices are inconsistent. Another group was told $215 for all immunizations for their dog while I was told over $300 for the same immunizations. Wait time was long. I will not bring my dog back.

The veterinarian at 610 Animal Hospital is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely care about the animals they treat. I have confidence in the quality of the medical care my pets receive, which is why I’ve continued coming back. Unfortunately, the way appointments are managed has become extremely frustrating. For the last 4 to 5 consecutive visits, I’ve waited at least an hour past my scheduled appointment time before my pet was seen. Even when using the drop-off service and being given a pickup time, I still end up waiting another hour after arriving. My biggest concern is the lack of respect for clients’ time. Delays happen, but they have become the norm rather than the exception. The front desk staff also seem to have very little visibility into what’s going on. When I ask for an update, they often have no idea when my pet will be ready and simply disappear to check, only to come back without a clear answer. The doctor deserve recognition for the excellent care they provide, but the facility’s scheduling and communication processes need significant improvement. Respecting clients’ time and providing realistic appointment and pickup expectations would greatly improve the overall experience.

Not sure if this can be attributed to mediocrity or greed like many people talk about in pet forums but, they've have failed to fill a prescription for my dog for a month, despite a calling them and speaking directly to three different receptionists.

This place was absolutely amazing the staff is very patient and informative. They are so busy so there is always a bit of a wait..but that's only because the doctor has such a big heart he doesn't want to turn away any animal. Kelly who works there also is amazing! I think she's like his assistant or something but even at midnight she's got a smile on her face and all the energy in the world! Thank you guys so much for everything you did for my cat!
