Ok after 18 years it's review time. Dr. Fennell, on one occasion she actually came up to my car and implored me to follow the medical advice given for my cat. Dr. Fennell is an excellent DVM Sarah the manager whom I have known since 2008: A genuine caring person on MULTIPLE occasions, there was a true trickle of sincerity when my cat Tiger was dying, which I will never forget, and for that she still gets 5* she also gets 5* for being a genuine good person. Dr. Vaughan, a fantastic, knowledgeable DVM, also an apparent debutante, who can / should be more forceful with non medical pet parents to get her medical point across, IE telling her patient(s), "do this or else your pet may not be with you" will most certainly get a pet parent's attention. And lastly the techs, I think it's unfair to judge them as a group, some have been a phenomenon, the only people to have the ability to manage an impossible cat (Tiger, not pictured), but there are times when a little treat goes a long way for a nail trim, rather than a towel around a pet, medicine is a healing [arts], Emphasis added. Lastly, Xine (Christine), she is the Queen. I am giving them 5*, they have truly earned it, this has been my experience, my opinion.

Leslie treats Teddy like he is her own. I appreciate the care she takes with him. And he always looks so handsome after she grooms him.

Does anyone know where Dr. Noi went? She was honestly the best vet I have ever experienced for my pets.
