Update: Dr Woodworth did call to offer her condolences. Thank you Dr Woodworth. We had always had a good experiences for the 10.5 years that I had my sweet baby boy on this earth. We went in Oct 2023 for his annual with Dr Fernandes. I genuinely thought she did a pretty good job at the time diagnosing his kidney disease. She didn't stress anything about severity just said that we would get him on the kidney food and we would go from there. The lack of communication is appalling. Less than 6 months later my poor boy is in his final days of his life. The visiting Dr that we saw last week, Dr. Gina Blevins, was AMAZING. She explained exactly where we were at. We then met with Dr Woodworth to get subcutaneous fluids. My sweet boy just declined so fast. I called the vet Monday morning frantic because it sounded like he had fluid in his lungs and he did not eat all weekend cwwnwere at the end. Dr Woodworth was OOO so no blame on her that day. I was in tears on the phone and was told another vet would call me back. Never did I once received a call back and my sweet boy has gone to the rainbow bridge. How does an office not call a client back when they call saying their pet is dying?! We were on the books to come back in this morning. Obviously I did not go in because I already lost my baby. No one has called to check on us at all. Overall, great for routine visits. If your dog is actually dying, find another office.

My family and I have been bringing our little fur babies to this location for a couple of years now! Everyone has always been super friendly and very informative! What I appreciate the most is their approach for the complete well-being of your pet! I have never once felt forced into buying products or services. I also really appreciate that they gave me a projected rundown on the maximum cost (a small emergency-ish visit a few days ago haha). I will continue to bring my furry children here and I will 100% keep recommending them! ♥️
