They are good if this is the only place you have, we recently got some flea and tick stuff for our fur babby. But he had a bout of pancreatitis so we decided best not to introduce anything that's not needed in his belly. They refused to take the meds back so outta 60+ bucks....the vet we ended up taking him to for his pancreatitis said they take meds back even if they cant resale them. Just for the sake of customer service. Even a store credit would have been nice.( I would like to update my review accordingly) staff has made this right since then I have delayed on updating my review but this veterinarian clinic has went above and beyond to take care of our little fur baby. and they continue to provide excellent service here.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Meg for my 3 dogs for maybe 8? years now. She and all the ladies that work there are always very friendly, informative and eager to help and to see my boys. From yearly Check-ups to surgeries to issues that would drag on for months with sometimes weekly appointments, they always do what’s best for the boys and I always leave feeling positive and knowledgeable about what to do and expect. The weight of their job is not lost on me. I can’t imagine the hard days they go through while trying to keep up the wonderful customer service they’ve always provided. I’ve been to several different veterinarian establishments in the area and found myself severely disappointed time after time. None of them are on the level of this place.

This is my second review because I wanted anyone that frequents this establishment, to be aware that charging a fee for using your debit card is, if what I've read is correct, prohibitedin the United States. Businesses can charge for using a credit card, but if the card is linked to your bank account, even if it's processed as credit, it is illegal to charge any fee. They should hope that they aren't reported which will result in big fines. Other business owners might want to do some research as well.
