Horrible place and vets! I was pretty much cussed out a couple of years ago because they wanted to reschedule my dogs appointment and I needed to see them because my dog was sick. I was told "this is my schedule" by the actual vet. Today my son took his dog there (I was unaware) for shots. They dragged the dog by his leash because he wouldn't get up. They told him he had to pay $500 to sedate him for the shots AFTER they put a muzzle on him and gave him medication to chill him out. HORRIBLE place. They do not care for your animals.

I hate this place with all my heart. We've been taking our dog to this place for multiple years and just recently they started getting disrespectful towards our animals and us. Our oldest dog Honey about 7 years old got weighed before we went back in the room. They come in saying what we need to do with our dog and we ask them if they can do it inside the room instead of taking them to the back, they said they would think about it and left the room. They came back about 5 minutes later and grabbed our dog and said they needed to weigh her again they walked her out so fast to the point where we couldn't even process what they said when we follow them out we find that our dog isn't out where they said they would take her, we peak through the door and ask where our dog is and they said that she's in the back and getting some stuff done, they lied to us and said they were just going to weigh her and bring her back. When we confronted them at the front desk on the way out, they simply told us it was policy and there was a risk of us getting hurt if they did blood work while in the room even though it was our dog however, I don't understand that because a few months earlier our cat was allowed to have blood work done in the room. I don't know if the policies are different with cats and dogs, but they simply lied to us which makes me think that they're not. They refuse to discuss anything with us. And with our cat which is a rescue has so much trauma from what happened to him when he was a kitten and all the vet seems to care about is how much he scratches at her. Even told us that we should tame our cat for simply being scared. They proceed to attempt doing things in the back, come back a few minutes later and ask us to do it for them simply because they can't. It is their job as vets and vet techs to handle animals and care for them in the best way possible. And somehow when we walk in the door we always talk about pricing first instead of what our animal needs. They always try to give us the most expensive option even if it's something really simple. They also constantly walk in the room and snatch our dog's leash and walk them out without even saying anything ( we've gotten hurt a few times from that). When we asked them if they can do things in the room, another excuse they use is it's too busy and there's too many animals. So they want to do everything in the back where all the animals are together... However, that doesn't make sense to me because we would be the only ones in the office almost every time we've gone. If you care about your pets, I beg of you. Please don't go here. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.
