Great service and overall much cheaper than other vets (VCA). One complaint is that I took my dog in for hip xray diagnostics during a spay surgery only to be told she has hip dysplasia. I asked to get the records sent to OFA for a second opinion and grading of hip dysplasia since Corgis have weird skeletons in general. I was told that the xrays were taken at an angle and she wasn't positioned correctly. Additionally was told that there would need to be more xrays done and different angles to comply with OFA submissions. So now I need to bring her in again to get sedated and get OFA approved xrays. I do wish that there was more standardization around xrays especially diagnostics like this to avoid repeatedly putting my dog through anesthesia again and making it hard to get a second opinion

It was my first time and the experience was wonderful from booking to pick up my fur baby. The staff was warm and inviting. They also accommodated her need for foods and serving size daily. When I picked up my fur baby she was happy and energetic. I would definitely recommend this pet resort.

It was time for our fur-babies' annual check-up, but Sweetheart gets violently car sick EVERY time we take her in the car ANYWHERE!! (poor thing... she vomits, poops and pees all over her carrier... absolutely EVERYTHING comes out of her from both ends... we have to bring a bag of towels along to clean her up and clean up her carrier!) Dr. Clarke was kind enough to allow us to arrange for a "house call"!!! Routine check-up and vaccinations for both Sweetheart and Sugar Plum. I am soooo thankful Dr. Clarke was willing to go out of her way to come to our condo for this visit. She spared Sweetheart from getting car-sick again. Dr. Clarke is the kindest, gentlest, sweetest vet we have ever found and I thank her from the bottom of my heart. You are the BEST!!!
