Dr. Vaughn and her team are exceptional. We had a German Shepherd with a bite history, and they’ve always handled her with patience, skill, and real compassion. They never rushed appointments, taken the time to answer every question, and consistently made us feel like our dog’s wellbeing is their priority. Let me get on my soapbox: there has been an epidemic of veterinary clinics getting sold/taken-over by private equity. Clinics that push unnecessary services and leverage your love for your pet against your wallet. We lived it. At our previous clinic in Amissvill, receptionists had a running spend total for how much you spent at the clinic, built in directly to their system. It pulled up the moment you called in. They were also charging $100+ for infrared light therapy. Literally, shining a light on a dog's teeth. I'm not here to debate the clinical efficacy of infra red light therapy, but I am here to point out how much price gouging they were doing by charging $100+ for this "service". Clinics like the one we left, are leveraging their clinical knowledge against your love for your pet. If you're looking around because something feels off at your current clinic, trust that instinct and come here instead.

Everyone we interacted was very nice. The doctor was knowledge. Prices were standard. Will be my main vet going forward.

You won’t find a better vet. Dr. Vaughn is caring and honest. Her fees reflect her expertise. I wouldn’t trust anyone other than her for the care of my pets.

The staff here are incredible and take such good care of my cats when I bring them in! They are all super friendly and caring. Highly recommend!

Failed to provide proper care. The doctor almost killed my cat after surgery by failing to prescribe antibiotics to combat a resulting infection. This lead to the cat losing one eye and having only very limited vision in the other.
