While the veterinarian and staff are extremely nice, there are a few issues. My 9 month old cat was dying from feline leukemia - in severe distress - and I called here stating the issues. I was so desperate because she was crying so loud that I even took body her in - this was in hopes they would do something as a walk-in when they heard her crying. Nope, had to wait until the next day for an appointment. Saltville took me in one hour later, diagnosed the FLV, and was fair priced on both the testing and the euthanasia. I will now drive past Smyth Co Animal Hospital and head over to Saltville in the future. I had also previously taken her to Smyth Co for shots and it was WAYYY overpriced compared to Saltville and Wytheville.
