I have a 9 yo Bengal cat that has genetic epilepsy which causes seizures. I have been boarding Hattie every year with Seneca while on vacation. Over July 4th, Hattie started having seizures. She had 3 on July 3rd. Sara from Seneca kept us well informed while they were following protocol to stop them. Sara suggested taking Hattie to VEG for emergency treatment which we agreed. Sara drove Hattie to VEG in Leesburg and stayed with her until she was settled and receiving care. Sara also called first thing the next morning to make sure Hattie was doing well. She was in contact with me to make sure we were able to rush home to pick her up and that Hattie was home and doing well. She kept me calm assuring me Hattie was being well cared for. Sara went beyond just doing her job caring for Hattie when I was out of town. Thank you Sara and the team at Seneca Boarding for taking such good care of Hattie!!

Seneca Hill Animal Hospital has been my vet for well over 30 years. I took my own dogs there and now I am taking my grand dog there. The doctors, nurses and aids all seem to be able to put the dogs at ease quickly. Emma, my grand dog, thinks she is visiting good friends, and I guess she is. There are other sides to Seneca Hill including doggy daycare and grooming. Emma is a husky and we try to have her blown out every two weeks. This became hard for me because of medical problems. I have to walk with a Rollator and can’t handle that and Emma. Zynoa, who works for doggy daycare, offered to meet Emma at my car and bring her back when she is blown out, groomed, or goes to doggy daycare! Thank you Seneca!!! Thank you, Zynoa! If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t be able to see Emma as much as I do. Because Emma loves Zynoa so much, we will continue to bring her to Seneca! Posting on behalf of Pat Arnold

Our family loves the Seneca Hill family. On the animal hospital side, we've seen both Dr. Kirby and Dr. Nee and they are both warm, attentive and extremely thorough. I've never felt rushed and they always take the time to answer all questions. The rest of the staff is equally wonderful-- from the receptionists, to the vet techs, to the spa/boarding personnel. Moreover, everyone there is very knowledgeable about Brachycephalic dogs and the extra care that they sometimes require. If you have a Frenchie, a Pug, or anybody else in the short-nosed crew, you'd be in great hands here. Our sweet girl is a fluffy Frenchie and absolutely gets treated like royalty every time we come in.

We can’t say enough good things about Seneca Hills Animal Hospital, Spa and Resort. For the past two years the entire team has treated our toy poodle Princess as their own. Be it for medical issues, overnight stays or monthly grooming they are always welcoming, kind and caring, and happy to meet all accommodation requests. This is the most capable and complete dog care facility we have ever dealt with over 60 years of ownership. Thank you to Kim, Z, Toi, and the entire Spa, Resort and Hospital staff. I have never seen a dog get so excited as when we tell Princess it’s time to go see her “friends “ at Seneca Hill!

I followed my cat vet, Dr Nee here. She is fantastic with cats. Especially complex behavioral issues. At the same time she is super practical and reasonable. She is the best.
