They are now on my third and fourth pets, having cared for a previous cat and dog. I can't say enough about the staff. From the doctors, to their assistants, to the folks up front, to the ones that clip my dogs nails, they are all professional, caring and there is no one I would trust more to take care of these members of my family. They helped me through the loss of my beloved dog Cheerio three years ago. Their kindness and compassion, wisdom and care for both me and her will never be forgotten. I truly consider our relationship a partnership instead of a doctor patient relationship and that partnership continues now with Patches and Dolly. Grateful to have them.

Amazing staff they are all about the animals. And one year later we had our yearly checkup today and I can't say enough not only do I have 2 happy dogs who hate going to the doctor and 2 happy owners. The staff and doctors and amazing they listen to us (the overbearing over caring over protecting owner of 2 neurotic dogs ) and they care and do everything to make the visit comfortable and easy and pleasant for everyone. It was difficult for us all last year to find a new doctor but this place came through and again this year went above and beyond my expectations. Their caring and compassion is a rare thing to find now a days. I am so grateful I was lucky enough to find them I am grateful they put up with me and my neurotic self and precious fur babies that are unique and have issues. They are a rare find in today's world 🙂💗

I have had a good experience with taking my dog. They are kind, gentle and very informative. I appreciate that the place is clean no odors except when my dog has his accidents but they are understanding. I would definitely recommend this vet ( i have seen dr ross) if you are near the lynchburg area.
