My dog is treated like a family member here. Excellent communication at all levels. Very happy welcoming vibe every time we visit. Everyone who works there - from front desk to techs to each of the veterinarians- actively cares about your pet. The technical skills and knowledge exhibited by the techs is extraordinary. The practice always finds a way to fit us in when needed and fees are reasonable. Absolutely the best veterinary practice I have ever experienced.

One of the only places I would ever choose for euthanasia. After a devastating diagnosis, we made the kindest decision we could for my baby: to help her pass peacefully. I spent the two days leading up to the appointment in constant dread, second-guessing myself, sobbing, hoping I wasn’t making the wrong choice, and terrified she might feel fear or pain in her final moments. When we arrived, they allowed us an outdoor euthanasia, which made all the difference. We were able to bring peanut butter, her favorite foods, chocolate, a ball, and her beloved toy all the things that made her happiest. The vet met us with immediate reassurance and gently eased so much of my guilt and uncertainty. She and a vet tech stayed with us in the summer heat, right there in a small grove beside the building, and treated my dog with so much tenderness and respect. They gave her sedation first so the catheter placement wouldn’t be stressful, stayed well past closing to ensure she was calm and comfortable, and never rushed a single part of the process. Most importantly, they stayed with her in the grove after we said goodbye, so I didn’t have to witness her being carried back inside. Because of Charis and Melanie, something that could have been purely traumatic was instead turned into something peaceful and full of love. And I’ve been able to comfort myself in my grief knowing my former service dog had the gentlest, most dignified passing she could have possibly had. I will never forget the compassion and dedication they showed her and all of us in that grove. It made an impact on all of us. They helped us change something unbearable into something beautiful, and that is a gift and a memory I will never forget. Thank you guys.

Everyone we encountered was so welcoming and made every effort to create a fear free experience for our dog. Dr Purcell is extremely knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. She took her time in explaining all options and her thought process. We are grateful to have found this exceptional veterinarian and practice.
