This was our first visit with Baileigh, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care we received. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. The doctor was absolutely incredible taking the time to come out, speak with me personally, explain everything that was going on, and make sure I understood the surgery and what to expect. Baileigh received exceptional care, and the customer service from everyone at the clinic was truly outstanding. It's clear that they genuinely care about both their patients and their owners. We are so grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown throughout the entire experience. We'll definitely be back, and we're so happy to call Amelia our new veterinary home. The team and Doctor were nice, professionals and very caring . I did not feel like I had to sell my house to have my animals taken care of. Very reasonable. I will always use them again.

The staff here are absolutely 💯% on point. I will continue to patronize this business mainly because I believe that my pets health and best interest are their core concern and to me that is first and foremost. Even though it's a 35 minute ride for us, we will continue to see Dr. Ross and Micheal as we are the most satisfied that all of our vetinary needs are fulfilled. The whole team is professional, courteous, thorough and affordable.
