I have two cats, one who is 13 and one who is 5, and they both see Dr. Feiring. My oldest has a problem with passing stool when she gets stressed and almost always needs immediate, last minute care. Front desk staff and Dr. Feiring are always so flexible and accommodating when this happens and fit me in wherever they can. I am so thankful for this, as emergency vet visits are always so stressful, timely and expensive. My oldest also has a plethora of other issues, often happening at the same time, and Dr. Feiring is really great at addressing everything. She makes sure I am informed, and my concerns are addressed. I like that we have a plan, even if we can't solve everything at the same time. I also like that she gives me the option about which services to opt into, instead of being pushy. If you can't already tell, I am a frequent at this vet's office. I recently had a bad experience with an emergency vet who was the opposite of everything I just described Dr. Feiring is. They failed to retest my cat's bloodwork, but obtained records from this office, and informed me that my cat could be experiencing chronic kidney issues. Dr. Feiring and I already knew about this issue and was monitoring it. Poor Dr. Feiring had to deal with my panic as I attempted to describe what happened at this emergency visit. She was confused... I was confused... But ultimately, Dr. Feiring explained everything to me the best she could and we were still on the same page about treatment. Front desk staff is always professional and approachable. They are constantly busy and are basically human superheroes for accomplishing everything they do in a single day! Seriously, I have seen every front desk member run around, multitask and still help patients/customers as efficiently as they can. Thank you all for everything you do!!! It's very hard to find a vet you can trust with your fur babies.

After an agonizing weekend with 2 visits to Urgent Care Vet and our poor baby still declining, Dr. Anderson immediately diagnosed the problem and Teddy is on the road to recovery! The entire team was amazing! Thank you Dr. Anderson, Alex and the CAC staff!!
