Kay Geyer has been wonderful! 🐶❤️ Tucker got taken away by someone & dropped at the DAHS. Once I was able to get him back, he had to go to Cherrystone Veterinary Hospital to be nuetured & get his rabies shot, along with his last set of puppy shots. Tucker is 7 mos old so he is very hyper active, spastic, & super lovable. Kay was as patient as ever! She took such good care of him! Yesterday, he had to go back for an infection. Kay took excellent care of him & even knocked our bill off beings that he was just seen a week or so ago. Without a doubt, the best vet around!

I Like this place because it’s one of the more affordable vets in the area, but they desperately need more help. I have been waiting about three hours and still not been seen went to the store came back decided to not be seen and then they told me I was coming right up and that I should stick around. waited another 30-40 minutes And still didn’t get seen. Decided to leave again. After about three hours of waiting have not been seen. It would be so nice if there was a second vet, maybe more rooms or maybe more receptionist the Short staff of this place cannot be understated. After I had been waiting for about two hours, I talked to someone who has been there two hours before me and they were just getting seen so with all the business this place takes and I could tell there’s a lot of people disgruntled from having to wait so long. It’s nice that it’s first come first serve but have people just sitting in there waiting for four hours like a DMV for affordable vet care is kind of crazy. Maybe they need a second location or another building because the business desperately demands it. That being said I do like the vet in the practice and it is affordable but to have my whole day off, hijacked by waiting for an unspecified amount of time is very frustrating. It would be nice if we were given a quote initially when we got there I live 15 minutes away. I could’ve driven home and spent an hour or two at home cleaning instead of an hour or two or three sitting in the office waiting Hoping they’ll call my name. I’m just very disappointed and so is my dog
