I am beyond grateful for the care and compassion that Dr. Shuler and her team provides! This will be the only vet I trust with my fur babies , as my experience has been truly phenomenal. They take the time to explain procedures and always make you feel at ease if you have any worries at all. If you’re looking for a wonderful team to care for your pets, I highly recommend this clinic!! They truly provide the best service ever! A huge thank you to this amazing team. To say I am blessed is an understatement! ❤️

We were told that they don’t board geriatric dogs anymore, because they were afraid our dog would die over the weekend with no one being there to take care of them. For which they have boarded our dog numerous times. So, with this information that we received, tells me that when they kept our dog on the weekends no one was there to take care of her. Such a shame when we thought our dog was being taken care of. Follow up: Today, February 04, 2026, we received a letter from the hospital stating that we were dissatisfied with their services, which is accurate. The hospital's records reveal that they “FIRED US” due to a review we posted on Google, but this is inaccurate. In reality, we chose to seek alternative care due to the hospital's inconsistent and unprofessional communication, as evidenced by the differing accounts provided by the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. It is essential for businesses to maintain a professional demeanor and provide respectful treatment to clients. Refrain from disrespecting and dishonoring individuals due to your personal sentiments.

Dr Shuler and her staff are the best of the best. We have taken our pug to her since he was 7 weeks old and he turns 13 years old next month. He wouldn’t be here and in such good health without PVAH and Dr Shuler. I’ve never known anyone to love animals as much as they do, and they try to offer the most affordable options available in every situation. They put the health of their patients first in everything they do. We will never go anywhere else!
