We just switched to this hospital from a different place. So far so good. Our pet got good care and tests done. They spent a lot of time with us and gave plenty of care and explanation of treatment option. Also they followed up by email regardless to the test results and were prompt in answering questions.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. We trust Bedford Animal Hospital with the seven most important members of our family, and I do not take that lightly. Every interaction is professional, respectful, transparent, and thorough. They don’t rush appointments, they answer questions, and they make us feel like our dogs genuinely matter to them. We have seven working sled dogs, so we’ve spent a lot of time in veterinary offices over the years. And BAH is, without question, the benchmark by which I judge every other vet clinic. Their care is second-to-none. They’ve celebrated healthy visits with us, helped us through difficult ones, and have consistently gone above and beyond for our team. They know and love our dogs, they understand their history and the activities they participate in, and it’s obvious that BAH cares about the outcome, not just the appointment. They’re also incredibly easy to work with. Scheduling is straightforward, communication is excellent, and pricing has always been more than fair. They might have pressured us into doing a better job brushing our dogs’ teeth at home (😉), but they have never pressured us into any unnecessary services. We always leave feeling like our dogs received exactly the care they needed. Most importantly, these are simply good people. Competence is expected in this profession. Compassion isn’t. This team has both. We put an enormous amount of trust in the people who care for our dogs, and the folks at Bedford Animal Hospital have earned our respect over and over again, and I hold their entire team on a pedestal for this reason.

My new kitten, Mystique, had her first check up today and it went so well. The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the time we walked in to the time we were done with the visit. Dr. Watts did such a great job examining Mystique and it was good to see how comfortable my kitten was with her.

I haven’t seen them for my own animals, but they worked on my mum’s senior dog and we had 2 visits so far. Best. Move. Ever. They are amazing there, kind, caring, compassionate, they listened to concerns and today they gave us news on a biopsy-type thingy so we didn’t even have to wait. I’m glad I switched and I know when it’s time for my 3 to go see them we won’t have issues. Edit: 2026. My service dog was seen after the office was kind enough to work with an organization. I cannot say enough to people to go here. They are amazing. Lucy - who is a service dog - was so in love with the employees. They’re kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and so much more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being amazing to my dog and making today’s appointment happen. I will never stop recommending you.
