Dr. Pantin is a wonderful caring and knowledgeable doctor, with a great and funny attitude , always a pleasure to take Cooper there. The staff is great to interact with. I have been very pleased with the attention that Cooper has gotten and the advice and actions we all have taken with him

We are a large family with several pets, and from our very first appointment, Dr. Pantín was absolutely amazing. She genuinely cares about her furry patients and takes the time to thoroughly evaluate each one. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication have always made us feel confident that our pets were receiving the best possible care. This is why I am very sad to see her leaving the practice. At the same time, I completely understand and wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors. Unfortunately, while our experiences with Dr. Pantín have been exceptional, I cannot say the same about some of our interactions with the front desk staff and certain assistants. Over the years, I have encountered customer service that felt unprofessional and, at times, disappointing. Even simple requests, such as obtaining a prescription, have occasionally become unnecessarily difficult. I truly hope the practice takes this feedback into consideration and continues to improve the client experience. For a hospital that cares for beloved family members, having team members who are passionate about animals and customer service is incredibly important. Despite these concerns, I have recommended this practice to friends and family because of the outstanding care provided by Dr. Pantín. I sincerely hope the hospital continues to grow and improve, and I wish Dr. Pantín all the success she deserves.
